"Cute, but it doesn’t feel very solid"
It looks cute, so I wanted to like it, but it feels a bit flimsy in person. It’s fine if you’re not expecting something super sturdy, but the overall feel is kind of cheap.

"Never heard back from anyone"
I emailed customer service twice about an issue with my order and never really got an actual response. The first thing I got was just an auto-reply (which I expected), but then it was basically silence for days.
I’m fine with waiting a little if someone’s busy, but feeling ignored is really frustrating. I kept having to check on it myself, and I still didn’t get any clear help. Overall, not a great experience...

"Fun cases, but I wish there were more colors"
I really do like the Caboodles cases overall. They’re cute, fun, and easy to use. The weird part is, even though the designs are playful, the color options feel kind of limited. A lot of them are either super bright or pastel, and some of the styles look really similar to each other. They’re not bad at all, I just wish there was a little more variety for different tastes.

It came way faster than I expected, which was nice, but I was a little suspicious at first. I kept checking to make sure they sent the right thing. Turns out it was all good, just really quick shipping.

"Cute idea, but way too bulky"
I was in a good mood when this showed up because I thought it was going to be super cute and useful. Online it looked nice, but in person it feels a lot bigger and clunkier than I expected.
I tried carrying it around, and it got annoying fast. It doesn’t fit well in my bag and takes up way too much space for something I wanted to use regularly.
For travel or daily use, it just doesn’t work for me. I really wanted to like it, but I ended up regretting the purchase.

"For some reason, it barely fits my basics"
I thought this was going to help me keep my makeup a little more organized, but for some reason the compartments are really small and kind of awkwardly shaped. Most of my bigger items just end up sitting on top, and then everything gets messy again quickly. It might work for tiny products, but it wasn’t really worth it for storage for me

"Pretty good deal for the quality"
It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the quality feels worth it. For my makeup case, it does the job really well and feels like a solid buy
